    We are teaming up with the P3 (Peak Performance Project), a performance facility that utilizes the latest sport science technologies to assess and train top-end professional athletes in Santa Barbara, California, U.S., to provide you the best resources to get your performance to the next level.  Our science-based approach will help you to maximize your physical performance while decreasing the risk of injury.

    Strength and Conditioning
    Training for Athletic Performance

    The comprehensive approach of strength and conditioning is the core of our training.  We believe that better performance is achieved with not only increasing muscle mass but also improving neuromuscular controls, and you will see your training program is consisted of all the essential components such as strength, power and agility.  The B.E.A.T’s Performance Specialists support you to reach your goal with their professional background and by creating the individualized training program based on the advanced assessment.

  • Basic Membership

    Includes: Assessment* (*every four months), 2 Personal Training Sessions per month, 1 Group Session per month

SERVICES

ASSESSMENT
Biomechanics and performance assessment utilizing the science-based technologies.
PERSONAL TRAINING
55 minutes per session with our Performance Specialist.
GROUP SESSION
55 minutes per session with our Performance Specialist and a couple of more members.
